Details:
The illustration will be around 10-11” big in the center of your piece so there’s plenty of room for guests to sign around it. Choice of printing on thick paper or canvas
Traveling for the wedding? Add a tube to your order so you can bring your guest “book” home safely. For paper orders only

How it works
1. Before checkout, please fill out the form.
2. After your order is received, I will email you within 24 hours to collect the photos and details needed for the illustration and get the process started! Feel free to send photos purely for inspiration, style/poses, clothing, etc.
3. A preliminary rough, black and white sketch will be emailed to you for approval before the finishing touches are completed and mailed to you. This listing includes 2 full rounds of revisions, if more is needed then it’s an additional $25 per round. You will also receive a high-res digital file of the illustration that you can use for whatever you’d like!
Shipping
It takes 1-2 weeks for me to ship out your illustration from the time you send the photos, if you need it sooner then please add the “Rush” option to your cart (not applicable to framed or canvas orders) and your order will be completed in 5 business days or less. Please note, this time frame is dependent on client responsiveness, not the time of the order.
If you are having your illustration printed on canvas, please allow 3 weeks for you to receive your order. There is no rush shipping option available for canvas pieces.
If you are in a time crunch, please select a quicker USPS shipping option at checkout, as the default shipping is USPS Priority. Ships to USA and Canada ONLY. For all other shipping destinations, please place your order through Etsy.
For paper orders: once the sketch is approved and the final illustration is completed, it will be mailed to you rolled up and gift wrapped with tissue paper inside a bend proof tube via USPS to ensure your purchase gets to you safely.
Materials
All illustrations are hand drawn on thick paper created with a mix of pens, pencils, and markers. If you would like another size, this can be accommodated.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of custom pieces, SamiaLynn does not offer refunds at this time on custom work. We encourage potential clients to thoroughly look through the listing’s samples to get familiar with Samantha’s illustration style before placing an order.
