Return Policy

Please note: Although samialynn.com and the SamiaLynn Etsy Shop are run by the same artist, we are separate platforms. Etsy.com is their own entity and we do not have control over their policies

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours for a 100% refund. To cancel, send an email to samantha@samialynn.com or a DM via Instagram or Facebook and you will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been issued to your original form of payment.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of custom pieces, all sales are final.  If you have purchased a piece of customized artwork you will not be able to cancel such order if we have already started creating the artwork.  You agree that you reviewed SamiaLynn’s work and understand the services and artwork they provide, and no refunds will be given even if you do not like the end result.  By placing an order you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and you agree not to raise a dispute with your financial institution and/or credit card provider for Services you purchased.  

If your piece is lost or damaged in transit, please email samantha@samialynn.com and we can work together to find a solution, including but not limited to, filing a claim with the post office.
